Real estate is one of the biggest industries in the world to invest in. especially in Ethiopia where there is an increasing demand and shortage of supply of housing which makes it the best place to invest in real estate.
We started our first construction by building our headquarters for Bezhan trading. Building our headquarters gave us the motivation to get into construction and real estate. With the help of well-educated and well-experienced board members and staff members we have completed land acquisitions and all the necessary paperwork to start construction on our first 20-story apartment building in the influential neighborhood of Sar Bet expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
